Role Purpose

The Management Consultant & Business Analyst will evaluate organisational performance, identify operational inefficiencies, analyse business data and develop strategic recommendations to enhance productivity, compliance, profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive organisational assessments including operational, financial and structural reviews.
  • Gather, validate and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop strategic improvement plans and business transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries and board-level presentations.
  • Undertake cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Design and document business processes, workflow diagrams and system specifications.
  • Advise senior leadership on restructuring, digital transformation and service optimisation.
  • Support procurement evaluations and vendor selection processes.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring dashboards.
  • Oversee implementation of approved recommendations and monitor measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, governance frameworks and internal policies.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing and tender documentation.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year experience in management consulting, business analysis or strategic advisory roles.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and data modelling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Criteria

  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA).
  • Experience within healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
